FYI, we are selling out of [Redacted] Fund to invest more into Provincia. [Redacted] did ok but they’re not as focused on their investors as Provincia is. Plus they’ve declared 50% dividends for the last 2 months due to rent abatements and deferrals.

I like Provincia because of the quality of the commercial properties, well-proven management, good cash return and easy to understand structure.
