How we work
You will be allocated a specialist Property Manager. The Property Manager has a strategic view of the property and its performance, they will also coordinate the strategic and operational management of the building and facility. In addition they will oversee maintenance and collecting the rent. This expertise is central to the end-to-end commercial property acquisition, investment and management solution Provincia provides investors.
It’s also interesting to note that many leases provide for the costs of property management to be paid by the tenant.
