Provincia is an industrial property fund with a diverse investment portfolio of properties. The quality of our properties, beneﬁts of our open-ended PIE fund, and a historical 6.2% pa average pre-tax cash yield (2019 to 2021 based on capital invested) set the fund apart. We operate as a single diversified fund and the management team are all investors as well.

- Strong Due Diligence Process – we complete a 37 point pre-acquisition audit before we make any investment recommendations, so that we only invest where there is unrealised potential. This ensures we have structurally sound buildings with future value add opportunities.
