Why Invest In Industrial Property
Industrial property has been the highest performing commercial property class over the last 15 years in New Zealand, out-performing the returns of the Office and Retail sectors*. Wholesale Property Funds
Provincia has two open-ended PIE Funds that invest in industrial property which are for wholesale investors only. Provincia I and Provincia II operate as two standlone entities, but have the same strategy to own a diversified portfolio of value-add properties in the New Zealand Industrial sector, to provide long-term competitive income and capital gains to shareholders via a sector that our performs other commercial property types.

Property Portfolio
We invest in quality mid-sized ($5-10 million) industrial properties located in growth areas that have sound economics. Our properties are located in areas with some of the lowest vacancy rates in the country. When tenants move on, we are confident in being able to replace them very quickly. Also during economic downturns, shops may close down and offices may cut back, but factories and warehouses just keep running.
